Where I Stand - the Issues

In the next several years, our nation faces decisions critical to the future. I want to be a part of the new leadership that is sorely needed in Washington, D.C.  We need leadership that comes with a mandate from the people and businesses of Middle Tennessee, not from Washington, D.C. special interest groups that in no way reflect our values. I'm going to Washington to cut taxes, stop the expansion of government, end the pandering to corrupt federal lobbyists, secure our borders and finally give the people of the Sixth District a representative who truly does represent our values.

It's time we put people before politics. It is time to return our nation to the Constitutional foundation our forefathers envisioned. I would be honored to have your support.

Primary Issues

  • Spending and the Expansion of Government - Federal government spending has gotten out of control and as a result we are saddling our children and future generations with unsustainable amounts of debt.
  • Healthcare - The U.S healthcare system is the best in the world, and it is vital that we not only continue to keep it the best but work to increase access to it so every American can receive the care they need.
  • Energy Independence & Our Environment - The taxes and radical environmental policies of the Democratic leadership are breaking the backs of working families and the businesses that employee them.
